Perry County Council of the Arts and Bucknell University Small Business Development Center’s Breaking Brand: Creative Approaches to Business Engagement RETURNS this Spring!
Breaking Brand is a series of webinars designed to guide small business owners towards sustaining and succeeding in their small businesses. Attendees will learn how to understand, design, energize, communicate, and strengthen their brand during five virtual sessions held weekly on Tuesdays, 12 to 1 p.m., from May 4 to June 1.
This is the 1st webinar in a free brand engagement series designed to guide small business owners towards sustaining and succeeding in their small businesses by:
1. understanding, 2. designing, 3. energizing, 4. communicating, and 5. strengthening their brand.
*Do YOU know who you are? Identifying and understanding your brand identity.
*What are your unique strengths and advantages? How do you stand out?
*Does your brand match with the perceptions of your audience? If not, how does it differ and what opportunities exist?
*Does your business mission and values match with your messaging?
*The importance of being Clear/Consistent/Compelling
*Learn about real small business examples and situations who have pivoted brand identities to meet consumer needs.
*Learn about real examples of events that have found new advantages by moving strategically to virtual platforms
*Learn how you can change expectations for best results
Sessions of this 5-part series are led by Pennsylvania artists/entrepreneurs, using a combination of creative thinking, authentic storytelling, engaging design/multimedia, and curated social media strategies to support small business efforts to transition to the “new normal” and the need for virtual and modified operations.

Speaker: Brianne Croteau, Founder of Croteau Creative Strategies, is a consultant with over 15 years experience connecting, engaging, and delivering value to an audience. Brianne believes that understanding your unique, intrinsic value is the key to empowering branding that is both personal and authentic. Brianne holds an MBA with an Entrepreneurship and Small Business Enterprise specialization from Louisiana State University and a double BA in Studio Art & Communications from Loyola University in Maryland.
