Artisan Marketplace

RSVP for our annual Artisan Marketplace of locally made holiday gifts and original artwork!
Please note that we will not be hosting a reception this year, and the following exhibition dates are subject to change.

Entry Guidelines

6th Annual Juried Exhibition

November 13 – January 22, 2021 at Veterans Memorial Building, 25 W. Main St., New Bloomfield

Submit your best works to Perry County Council of the Arts’  6th Annual Juried Exhibition, featuring stellar works of art by regional artists and held this year as a virtual exhibition. Socially distant in-person viewing will be available at the Veterans Memorial Building, 25 W. Main Street, New Bloomfield.

Please note that we will not be hosting a reception this year, and the following exhibition dates are subject to change.

November 13 – January 22, 2021: 6th Annual Juried Exhibition is on display and open to the public. The Veterans Memorial Building is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we will not be hosting a reception this year.
January 26 – 29, 2021: Artwork pickup at Landis House

Danny Bracken, The Mattress Factory

Danny Bracken is the Exhibitions Manager at the Mattress Factory, Pittsburgh, a contemporary art museum and experimental lab featuring site-specific installations created by artists in residence from around the world. He organizes the museum’s residencies, manages its installation staff, and oversees the maintenance of the permanent collection. Also a practicing artist and musician, Danny’s work has been included in numerous group and solo exhibitions at museums, galleries, and festivals in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Art on Tour at PA State Capitol Building (May 1-29)

Submit your artwork to be featured in this special PCCA Art on Tour exhibition in the East Wing Rotunda of the Pennsylvania State Capitol Building. Many visitors pass through our state capitol and will have the chance to view this exhibition. We are not dictating subject matter or theme, so that you can submit your very best works!

Art Uplifts

September 21 – October 18 at Millerstown Community Park

October 19 – November 15 at Little Buffalo State Park

Submit your artwork to be featured in this special outdoor exhibition designed to safely engage and lift up our community and artists, during the challenges 2020 has brought, and while we limit our on-site exhibition offerings at our indoor locations.

Uplifting artwork centered on the themes of inspiration, encouragement, hope, perseverance, etc., will be printed and displayed on durable outdoor yard signs along walking trails in several of our local parks. The goal is to take the viewer away from the stress and worry about current life and leave them with inspiring and uplifting messages to carry with them throughout their day. The outdoor exhibition continues online with a longer, immersive digital experience, where viewers can also purchase your art!
