Perry County Council of the Arts is partnering with the Bucknell University Small Business Development Center to offer Breaking Brand: Creative Approaches to Business Engagement, a series of webinars designed to guide small business owners towards sustaining and succeeding in their small businesses. Attendees will learn how to understand, design, energize, communicate, and strengthen their brand during five virtual sessions held weekly on Mondays, 12 to 1 p.m., from January 25 to February 22.
This is the 1st webinar in a free brand engagement series designed to guide small business owners towards sustaining and succeeding in their small businesses by:
1. understanding, 2. designing, 3. energizing, 4. communicating, and 5. strengthening their brand.
*Do YOU know who you are? Identifying and understanding your brand identity.
*What are your unique strengths and advantages? How do you stand out?
*Does your brand match with the perceptions of your audience? If not, how does it differ and what opportunities exist?
*Does your business mission and values match with your messaging?
*The importance of being Clear/Consistent/Compelling
*Learn about real small business examples and situations who have pivoted brand identities to meet consumer needs.
*Learn about real examples of events that have found new advantages by moving strategically to virtual platforms
*Learn how you can change expectations for best results
Sessions of this 5-part series are led by Pennsylvania artists/entrepreneurs, using a combination of creative thinking, authentic storytelling, engaging design/multimedia, and curated social media strategies to support small business efforts to transition to the “new normal” and the need for virtual and modified operations.
Co-Sponsored by the Perry County Council of the Arts (PCCA) and Bucknell Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
This workshop series was made possible through the Arts in Education Partnership of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA), a state agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. The PCA Arts in Education Partner in this region is Perry County Council of the Arts.
Speaker: Brianne Croteau, Founder of Croteau Creative Strategies, is a consultant with over 15 years experience connecting, engaging, and delivering value to an audience.
