Youth Art Day 2010 Guidelines and Application

Youth Art Day on Saturday, April 24th, 2010 begins with registration for Music, Dance and Drama from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m at Greenwood High School in Millerstown, Pa. Performances begin at approximately 1:15 p.m. Literature and Visual Art Exhibits will be open from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. The Awards Ceremony for Visual Art and Literary winners begins at approximately 3:15 p.m. Refreshments and snacks will be sold from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. There is a $3 admission fee for the general public. Students are admitted free.

Eligibility: All Perry County residents in kindergarten through 12th grade are invited to participate. Students may attend public or private school, in or out of the county, or be home schooled.

Entry Fee: All applications require a non-refundable $3 entry fee. Any entry submitted without the required fee or information will be ineligible. Click here for an Application Form

Application: Separate applications must be submitted for each student, including group projects. Students may enter as many disciplines as they wish. See discipline guidelines for any specific limitations. Incomplete applications will be declared ineligible.

Applications/entries must be received at PCCA by Friday, March 5, 2010. No entries will be accepted after this date. Absolutely No Call-in entries. No refunds will be given for entries that do not meet guideline requirements.

Teachers submitting class entries - print each name clearly on application. Include payment, or indicate when and from whom payment will come. Teachers may also submit their entries online. Please request a transmittal request by clicking here.
