PCCA's Visual Arts Collective (VAC) organizes various events held at the PCCA Gallery throughout the year for both patrons and artists. Topics vary from learning a technique to advancing your skills. Programs are chosen to meet the needs of our members, and are often presented by guest artists or other professionals in specific fields.

The VAC also holds an Artists' Night Series which is held on the second Wednesday of every month starting at 6:00 p.m. Artists' Night is an opportunity for area artists to socialize and network … a chance to talk with their peers, catch up on news of the local arts scene, and discuss creative challenges. The evening then progresses into either a workshop and lecture starting at 7:00 p.m. (see schedule below). If you are interested in only the social hour or just the workshop/lecture, that's okay. Come for either or both!

Tuesday, October 7 & 14: Member artist Laurie Cooper will instruct two 3-hour workshops.
Location: Landis House, located on the corner of 4th & Market at 67 North 4th Street, Newport.
