Strategic Plan
we envision a world filled with an inherent apprecation of the arts

The Board of Directors of the Perry County Council of the Arts ratified a 3-year Strategic Plan that had been in the works for almost a year. The bequest of Landis House by the estate of Mary Landis and the potential envisioned for the Center for the Education of the Imagination made the crafting of a new Strategic Plan imperative. Mission: to support arts and culture in the region.

1. Vision - To increase PCCA's profile, stature, and impact locally, regionally, and if it is deemed appropriate, at a national level.

2. Mission and Governance - To make changes in the governing structure that reflect the addition of Landis House and the Board's intention to increase the regional influence of PCCA.

3. Fiscal responsibility - To ensure that financial resources exist to support the mission, goals, and objectives of PCCA.

4. Work environment and human resources - To ensure that the PCCA work environment is supportive, collaborative, and conducive to productivity.

5. Local Programs/Gallery - To support arts and culture in Perry County; To support and advocate for member artists.

6. Landis House - To design facilities and programs at Landis House to assure that it is embraced by the community as well as financially viable.

7. The Center for the Education of the Imagination - To support CEI as it continues to grow into a regional program noted for high quality initiatives.
