The First Saturday
in October

For over 20 years, PCCA and its volunteers implemented the Little Buffalo Festival of the Arts, which grew into a two-day celebration that drew musicians of national stature and crowds from all over the Northeast.  However, with increased size came increased financial, staff and volunteer commitment.  In 2006, the Festival was cut loose by PCCA and the banner was picked up by a loose affiliation of volunteers called the Buffalos.   With renewed volunteer energy, the Festival was reconfigured into a one-day event that showcased local talent, still attracted thousands, and was free to the public.  In 2010, PCCA renewed its association with the Festival by becoming a sponsor, thus "tipping its hat" to the vitality and dedication that make the Festival one of the premier arts events in the region.  The Little Buffalo Festival takes place on the first Saturday in October.

Artists constantly tell us that this is the most fun they have on the festival circuit and many local artists choose to display their work exclusively at the Festival.  Spaces for exhibitors and food vendors are limited, so if you are interested, contact the Festival organizers today!
