Paintings by Don Phillips
As someone who thoroughly enjoys the outdoors, Phillips tends to create art with nature as a focal point, painting or photographing animal life scenery and sometimes period pieces of times past. Featured in this collection are lions from Africa, Bighorn sheep and Grizzly bears from the Rocky Mountains, Bison from Yellowstone Park, Pronghorn from the Central Plains, southwestern Native Americans rounding up Mustang horses and quaint Quebec fishing villages on the Gaspe Peninsula. He has also included a view of the scenic Susquehanna River, looking north from the famous Rockville Bridge. Don resides in Marysville, PA.
