Exhibiting in PCCA Gallery
follow these simple guidelines

The Gallery continues to be the mainstay outlet for local patrons to buy art. Exhibits are open to PCCA member artists in all media who design and produce their own work. Commercially produced work, kits, molded work, and patterns are not accepted.

PCCA retains the right to reject items in order to maintain a cohesive exhibit. A jurying panel meets during the month before a "change-over" to review submissions of first time exhibitors in the Gallery and applicants for the Artist of the Month positions. The panel periodically reviews works in the Gallery to ensure quality and freshness of work.

We are firm in maintaining that the gallery "look" changes quarterly to maintain freshness. All 2-dimensional pieces must change quarterly, along with large 3-dimensional pieces. Work that is smaller with a faster turnaround (such as cards, jewelry, books and music) may stay longer but not indefinitely. Please watch your stock (we will be, too) and be sure to rotate to add interest and increase sales.

Exhibits are changed the first weekday of the scheduled "change-over" month (see dates below.) Volunteers are more than welcome to assist in placing the shows and will determine how the Gallery will look for the next quarter.

Pick-up and drop-off of artwork for display in the PCCA Gallery will be conducted only during the last week of the months preceding a Gallery change. If you are volunteering, you may pick up and drop off your work that day. Please save this schedule. Artwork will not be accepted for display except on the posted dates.

Artists applying for acceptance into the Gallery, please bring a completed copy of the Gallery Application along with your submitted work.

Artists whose work has been accepted, please bring a completed copy of the Inventory Form along with your artwork and pay close attention to the following dates.

Membership — Artists exhibiting in the Gallery and/or retail space are required to keep their membership current. Checks for sold items will be held until membership is current. Payments are made monthly to artists.

Services — PCCA's percentage provides artists with advertising, tags, signage, computerized inventory, placement of work, sales during regular hours and by special appointment.

Commissions — As PCCA grows, our reputation as a "serious gallery" has grown also. PCCA's goal is not to make a profit on your artwork—it is to provide, in Perry County, a prestigious, sophisticated and serious place to buy art.
