About PCCA
we envision a world filled with an inherent apprecation of the arts

In rural Perry County (located northwest of Pennsylvania's capital region) resides a major force among cultural organizations. Founded in 1979 and incorporated in 1982, PCCA maintains a scope of services reaching far and wide. Three years later we were awarded federal tax-exempt status as a not-for-profit organization. We are supported by memberships, sponsorship and major underwriting from the Cultural Enrichment Fund, Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA).
Please join us in our efforts by participating in our programs and becoming a member.
