Biography

I am John R. Johnson, founder and owner of JRJ Knives. I have made hand crafted knives since 1996. I build every knife by hand, so each knife is truly a unique custom work of art, designed to be strong and functional, with its own personality and distinct look. I offer a variety of modern and primitive knife designs; hunter, dagger, bowie, and tactical knives.

I use only the finest material available. The knife blades are created from stainless and high carbon steel, using a stock removal technique. The knife handles are constructed of domestic and foreign hardwoods, laminates, antler, and horn.

Each knife is sold with a custom sheath, I have designed and handcrafted. Offer vertical and horizontal belt sheaths, as well as neck sheaths for the smallest knives.

I also handcraft pens made of wood and antler, as well as hand stitched possible bags for traditional muzzle loading enthusiast.
